No shoulder to cry on; no one to embrace
In a corner unknown, I sit and weep
Shunned by my friends, through my hands I peep
The room lies before me, all empty and sad
I hold on to my sanity – I'm getting scared
All alone in this world in which no one cares
I sink into sleep, moaning through nightmares
For I know that one day, I'll be just like them
Emotionless and blank, a human condemned
To a life of loneliness, of black and white hues
Now I know what it means, to be in solitude
Imagination Snow drifting down the dark blue nightImagination by ~serpentyne
Carrying cold hearts of steel
Steel as frozen as unyielding fright
Fright I can never feel
Beneath a flourishing tree I stand
Gazing at the silvery moon
My eyes sweep across the golden sand
Across the blue lagoon
Peering into coral reefs
Locking my gaze on that of the dead
Learning of unbelievable beliefs
Eyes taking in meaningless bloodshed
As I gaze at all reality surreal
My heart remains the same
No heartbreaking clench at corpses unreal
Nor flash of happiness; nor jabs of shame
In the bitter confines of my unfeeling mind
Dreams can become reality
Dreams of emotions, feelings entwine
